What you will do

• Work with cross-functional project teams to design and develop high-quality client deliverables.
• Define project scope, approach, and development strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Contribute to Beghou’s internal data warehouse build and support data platform components (warehouse, monitoring, etc.).
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize data processes using coding where needed; apply ETL design, schema design, and CI/CD best practices.
• Lead project teams and serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, facilitation, and timelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree; preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Experience with relational databases and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, Informatica, SnapLogic, Boomi, Prophecy).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Python, PySpark, SAS, VBA) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without employer-sponsored work authorization.
