Manager, Data Analytics (Data Analytics): Build and deploy analytical models to measure impact of hirify.global HCP and DTC campaigns and Medical Affairs programs with an accent on statistical modeling, causal inference, and applying machine learning/deep learning (including Generative AI). Focus on developing solutions with internal/external partners and coaching an offshore analytics team while presenting insights to sales, executives, and stakeholders.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning algorithms for digital marketing campaign design and evaluation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in statistical analysis and AI, including coaching an offshore analytics team.
• Partner with internal and external clients to create analytical solutions and address key business issues.
• Advise sales and market research teams on advanced technical and methodological topics.
• Measure impact of HCP and DTC campaigns and Medical Affairs programs using analytical models.

Requirements

• 3+ years of analytics experience.
• Proficiency in R, SAS, and BigQuery.
• Strong statistical modeling skills (e.g., regression, predictive modeling, power analysis, statistical tests).
• Knowledge of causal inference with observational data (e.g., propensity score matching, difference-in-difference).
• Experience with supervised/unsupervised machine learning and deep learning, including Generative AI.
• Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
