What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve reporting and dashboard solutions to meet cross-functional business needs.
• Write advanced SQL to build, validate, and maintain scalable data models and reusable business logic.
• Apply statistical methods including regression, forecasting, and hypothesis testing to identify people data trends.
• Lead the end-to-end survey process, from design consultation and configuration to results analysis.
• Collaborate with the Data team to automate manual workflows and integrate AI for efficiency and scale.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data definitions, analytical methods, and reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Professional experience in People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or a closely related function.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Advanced SQL skills for building analytical data models in large-scale relational databases.
• Proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis and workflow automation.
• Experience designing and analyzing team member surveys.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday reporting and data extraction.
• Familiarity with people systems like Greenhouse or Culture Amp.
• Experience with AI experimentation and automation in analytics workflows.
