What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end BI solutions, including databases, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Create complex reports, dashboards, and metrics to support internal business partners and leadership.
• Lead the architecture and development of integrated data and business process improvement solutions.
• Analyze complex healthcare data files, including coding, billing, and financial information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise to influence decision-making.
• Coach and mentor team members to support continuous improvement and quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be a California resident.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with 6+ years in BI development.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse methodology and dimensional modeling.
• Ability to work on-site in Sacramento 2 days per week.
