What you will do

• Drive the conceptual development and subsequent implementation of regional projects and initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Deliver business and data analyses, reporting, and presentations for senior regional management.
• Manage recurring business management activities and administrative responsibilities.
• Coordinate regional management committees, leadership offsites, and town halls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to represent and promote regional interests.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably within a global bank or the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and present business-relevant data.
• English: C1 level (Excellent) required.
• Location: Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
