TWINT WL – Business Analyst (Requirements Engineering & Testing) (Mobile Payments): Analysing business and customer needs for a modern mobile payments app and translating them into actionable functional, interface, and technical specifications with an accent on requirements engineering, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end testing. Focus on analysing application logs, resolving complex delivery issues with iOS, Android, and DevOps engineers, and supporting reliable releases and operations.

Location: Zurich or another hirify.global office in Switzerland, with the option to work from a home office in Switzerland

What you will do

• Lead business analysis and requirements engineering, converting business needs into functional, interface, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, banks, business customers, and external partners to clarify requirements and align roadmap priorities.
• Plan and support testing throughout the delivery lifecycle, including execution, defect analysis, validation, and log analysis.
• Work with iOS, Android, and DevOps engineers to investigate application behaviour and resolve technical issues.
• Support the Product Owner with Scrum activities, daily meetings, open-topic tracking, and resolution management.
• Contribute to release, change, deployment, incident, and problem management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Application Manager in a software environment.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and specification writing.
• Solid understanding of software development, testing, release management, and change management.
• Experience working with agile teams and iOS, Android, and DevOps engineers.
• Very good English and good German are required.
