What you will do

• Translate complex Finance business challenges into structured functional requirements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements for BI and Analytics solutions.
• Define data models and business objects using dimensional modeling (star schema, facts, dimensions, KPIs).
• Support UAT and validation to ensure business requirements are fully met throughout delivery.
• Drive data governance, documentation, and data-quality standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis.
• Proven experience on Finance projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency with modern analytics platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, dbt, or cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling and BI semantic models.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and a good professional level of English.
• Based in or able to work on-site in Barcelona from the beginning of September.

Nice to have

• Experience in the watchmaking or luxury manufacturing industry.
• Current experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Coordinator.
