What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of client management and front office operating frameworks.
• Establish governance mechanisms to monitor framework adherence and manage exceptions.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into practical operating models.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes and process improvements.
• Coach and develop a team of business managers and analysts to elevate delivery standards.
• Define and report on framework effectiveness, service delivery metrics, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in business management, strategic transformation, or management consulting within financial services.
• Strong understanding of private banking business models and front office operating environments.
• Proven track record in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of business frameworks or operating models.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior executives.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
