Business Manager, Investment & Wealth Solutions (VP)

What you will do

• Coordinate and support the Investment & Wealth Solutions strategy, work plan, KPIs, expenses, recruitment, product performance, and management reporting.
• Support business and financial planning, sales management, performance monitoring, and cost management initiatives.
• Drive management rhythms and governance through analysis, presentations, communications, and meeting materials.
• Act as secretariat for selected management meetings, track deliverables, and represent the function in hirify.global and OCBC Group projects.
• Manage internal inquiries and complex escalations, streamline processes, and coordinate administrative activities and audit support.
• Propose corrective actions to support compliance with Group Policies and Standards.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in private or consumer banking.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, services, and capital markets products.
• Experience working with senior management across business management, risk and governance, and change management.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects to expected quality, budget, and timelines.
• Understanding of controls, risk policies, procedures, and requirements in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
• Strong quantitative, organizational, communication, and independent working skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI.
