What you will do

• Coordinate and execute IWS strategy and work plans, including tracking initiatives, KPIs, and product performance.
• Conduct business and financial planning, cost management, and comprehensive management reporting.
• Drive governance rhythms by creating analyses and presentations for key management meetings and forums.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IWS matters and represent the department in group projects.
• Streamline internal processes and ensure strict compliance with Group Policies and Standards.
• Support senior management with administrative activities, townhalls, and audit exercises.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in private or consumer banking with strong knowledge of investment and capital market products.
• Demonstrable experience working with senior management in business management, risk, and governance.
• Proven track record of project-managing and delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Understanding of regulations in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
