What you will do

• Lead business and functional requirements definition for complex technology projects.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and refine requirements with diverse stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and functional designs.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver robust, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of system changes.
• Drive process improvement and contribute to continuous delivery within agile squads.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge (underwriting, claims, or policy systems).
• Experience delivering system enhancements including integrations and workflows.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery practices, user stories, and backlog refinement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
