Senior Business Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week

What you will do

• Lead business and functional requirements definition across complex General Insurance technology initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into specifications, user stories, and functional designs.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver robust system solutions.
• Support testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of system changes.
• Drive process improvement and continuous delivery within agile squads.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge across underwriting, claims, or policy systems.
• Experience delivering system enhancements involving integrations, workflows, and UI changes.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery practices, including user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
