What you will do

• Develop and own the long-term Finance Systems roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide system implementations, migrations, and major enhancements.
• Bridge the gap between Finance and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows to automate repetitive finance processes.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI adoption, data access, and auditability.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems and implement automated reconciliation controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Finance Transformation within high-growth tech companies.
• Deep understanding of core Finance processes including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise system implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical skills including SQL, API integrations, and data transformation (dbt).
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with Stripe, Ramp, Workday, or CaptivateIQ.
