What you will do

• Build and improve AI-driven automation for forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close.
• Manage the operational side of tax compliance and build automations to make it continuous.
• Integrate ERP, spend management, equity, HRIS, and CRM systems using AI agents and scripts.
• Design and ship new AI systems to expand the scope of finance operations.
• Document all builds to ensure reliability and auditability within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of corporate finance or FP&A experience.
• Hands-on ability to build AI agents and LLM-powered workflows in production
• Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills.
• Availability for coordination hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)

Nice to have

• Corporate finance experience at a technology company.
• Experience with Claude, Claude Code, and MCP integrations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Ramp, Carta, BambooHR, and Salesforce.
