What you will do

• Own the consolidated planning and reporting engine for annual operating and long-range plans.
• Serve as the functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform (EPM), leading design and implementation.
• Manage the planning systems roadmap, including prioritization, UAT, and governance.
• Drive finance transformation projects to improve automation and embed AI into analytical workflows.
• Design data integrations connecting the planning platform to the ERP, data warehouse, and BI stack.
• Produce executive-facing financial deliverables, including Weekly Business Reviews and Board materials.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or finance transformation.
• Hands-on experience implementing and administering EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, or Planful.
• Strong command of P&L mechanics, budgeting, and company-wide consolidation cycles.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets into clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Must be based in the US to qualify for the stated compensation range.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker or Amplitude.
• NetSuite or similar ERP integration experience.
• Experience at a high-growth public company or late-stage startup (Series C+).
• Exposure to public company external reporting cycles (Board, Audit Committee).
