What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Pigment EPM platform, including data models and security architecture.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and financial modeling patterns.
• Identify, pilot, and deploy AI use cases such as anomaly detection, narrative generation, and scenario modeling.
• Design and test conversational, agent-driven finance workflows to automate routine planning tasks.
• Partner with Data Science and IT teams to ensure governance, accuracy, and auditability of AI-driven solutions.
• Drive foundational architectural decisions for company-wide financial planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, or a related data-focused field.
• 5+ years of experience in a hybrid FP&A/Systems role with a deep understanding of financial forecasting logic.
• Hands-on implementation experience with modern EPM platforms and cross-system integrations like Workday, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
• Daily proficiency in utilizing LLMs, copilots, and automation tools to solve business problems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States to align with company benefits and operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience operating at a high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS company.
• Pigment Certified Modeler credentials.
• Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
