Location: Hybrid (San Francisco; New York)

Compensation: $165k – $190k + Equity

What you will do

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the GTM organization.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for revenue, S&M spend, and headcount.
• Analyze usage-based metrics including ARR, gross margin, consumption trends, and retention.
• Partner with GTM leadership to set targets, shape pricing, and design sales compensation.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses.
• Improve financial reporting and operational rigor to scale with revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, PE/VC investing, or investment banking.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in sales finance and sales compensation.
• Background in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with usage-based business models.
• Experience with SQL or BI tools.
