What you will do
- Drive adoption and practical use of AI-driven range review capabilities across commercial category teams.
- Design and deliver engagement programs, training, and resources for new range optimization platforms.
- Develop localized implementation plans and support stakeholder readiness assessments.
- Track engagement and adoption KPIs, connecting tool usage with range health and space productivity.
- Translate category-team feedback into actionable software requirements and prioritize future platform enhancements with technical squads.
- Validate that range recommendations and reporting outputs are practical, commercially relevant, and trusted by the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, HR, communications, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in retail buying, category management, or related category functions.
- First-hand experience with range reviews, from assortment strategy through shelf implementation.
- Experience supporting or driving process changes, system implementations, or new ways of working in commercial teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in fluid, fast-paced environments and balance data-driven insights with retail realities.
Nice to have
- Experience as a subject matter expert on strategic corporate initiatives or cross-functional agile squads.
- Experience helping mature business units adopt agile frameworks and data-led decision-making.
