What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, including scope, dependencies, and milestones.
• Define and enforce project documentation, governance frameworks, and decision forums.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment across different geographies and levels.
• Monitor project health via KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Assess emerging risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of PMO standards, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced international environments.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or a relevant degree.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and coordinating distributed teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with tools like Asana.

• Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce industries.
