Technical Project Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Lead e-hirify.global implementations, platform migrations, and API integration projects from requirements gathering through launch.
• Create project plans and business requirement documents while managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
• Serve as the primary technical implementation contact for merchants, agencies, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide milestone updates, risk reporting, escalation management, and executive communication.
• Enable agencies and merchants with tools, guidance, and best practices, while advocating for client needs internally.
• Evaluate API documentation and integration approaches to identify technical questions and delivery risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing technical implementations or software delivery projects, preferably in SaaS, e-hirify.global, or technology.
• Experience with digital hirify.global initiatives, platform migrations, API integrations, customized architectures, and systems such as ERP, OMS, PIM, and CMS.
• Working knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs, webhooks, integration patterns, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise stakeholders, including executive communication, alignment, and issue resolution.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with Bighirify.global, Shopify, Magento, and integrated hirify.global applications.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
