Salary: Base $120,000 - $140,000 USD; Base + OTE $180,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Negotiate and finalize strategic partnership agreements to drive revenue objectives.
• Manage ongoing relationships with Demand Platform partners to deliver continuous value.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to build new features based on client feedback.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to uncover new opportunities.
• Perform daily data analysis using Tableau, QlikSense, and Excel.
• Oversee custom reporting and communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the adtech industry, specifically programmatic.
• Deep understanding of the Demand Platforms ecosystem and digital advertising landscape.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Degree in Economics or Math is a plus.
