Salary: $89,400 – $114,400 per year (or $43 – $55 per hour)

What you will do

• Perform detailed civil and structural engineering calculations using Mathcad and other industry-standard methods.
• Lead Civil 3D design workflows, including site models, infrastructure layouts, grading, and drainage.
• Provide technical direction to designers and CAD technicians to ensure contract drawings align with engineering intent.
• Prepare, organize, and review technical documentation for local and state agency permitting submittals.
• Apply hydraulic and hydrologic modeling to evaluate stormwater and utility performance challenges.
• Act as the primary technical communication point between project leadership and external clients.

Requirements

• Licensed Civil or Structural Design Engineer.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and Mathcad.
• Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participating).
