Location: Must be located in the United States. Team members primarily work on West Coast time.

What you will do

• Build the commercial legal division, developing preferred structures, strategies, and form agreements.
• Lead the structuring and financing of commercial projects, including SPV documents, loan agreements, and EPC agreements.
• Manage global procurement legalities, including master services agreements, POs, and warehousing agreements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to draft responses to RFPs and win new projects.
• Ensure commercial compliance in partnership with regulatory teams.
• Oversee and manage outside counsel to optimize legal spend.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Biglaw or in-house legal roles.
• Active license to practice law and in good standing in the United States.
• Deep expertise in project financing and complex infrastructure implementation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Ability to independently drive the development of a legal department division.

• Experience with projects in the Middle East or APAC regions.
