What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the US and Canada.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define headcount needs, hiring strategies, and prioritization.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruiting pipelines and report on health metrics.
• Maintain and improve systems, tools, and interview frameworks within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while closing top-tier talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates.
• Ability to drive strategic conversations with senior business leaders and partners.
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
