Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Own and manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel, ruthlessly prioritizing for impact.
• Act as a gatekeeper for founders' time and energy to ensure focus on core priorities.
• Prepare agendas, capture action items, and maintain relentless follow-up.
• Coordinate across the leadership team and with external partners.
• Handle personal errands and life administration to ensure seamless executive operations.
• Serve as the NYC office on-site point of contact for facilities, vendors, and team gatherings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an EA, ideally within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong bias for action and follow-through.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable balancing both professional and personal responsibilities for executives.
• Must be based in New York City.
