What you will do

• Set the vision and build scalable processes for workplace operations as the company grows.
• Lead real estate strategy, including lease negotiations, broker management, and office build-outs.
• Manage workplace budgets and optimize spend across real estate, operations, and vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, workplace experience, and safety.
• Build and manage a team of workplace and office leaders during expansion.
• Partner with People, Finance, and IT teams on space planning and workplace policy.

Requirements

• Experience leading workplace, facilities, or real estate operations at a high-growth company.
• Proven track record of managing lease negotiations and office build-outs.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience scaling teams.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution.
• Strong project and vendor management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco
