What you will do

• Prepare routine and non-routine journal entries, including expense accruals and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Perform timely monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analytical reviews of income statement fluctuations.
• Manage the fixed asset system and maintain amortization schedules for prepaid expenses.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, GAAP, and SOX requirements.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning, Tax, and operations departments to align financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audit requests and handle ad hoc special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with the month-end close process.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV.

Nice to have

• Active CPA license.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, FloQast, or Coupa.
• Experience working with a publicly traded company.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for accounting and reporting.
