What you will do

• Own and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy of journal entries.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset schedules, including depreciation and disposals.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance obligations.
• Prepare internal financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Collaborate with operations and FP&A to ensure data integrity and process improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger principles.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Nice to have

• CPA license or active CPA candidate.
• Experience in high-growth startups or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to project-based cost tracking or multi-entity consolidations.
• Experience supporting external audits.
