What you will do

• Own end-to-end searches for commercial, corporate development, and broader G&A roles.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to define roles, calibrate interview panels, and manage rigorous processes.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive pipelines for your portfolio functions.
• Drive offer strategy, negotiation, and closing for senior individual contributors and people leaders.
• Advise leadership on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent risks.
• Optimize recruiting processes and tooling to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep sourcing expertise.
• Proven experience recruiting for GTM and product roles within highly technical environments.
• Track record of closing senior hires at high-growth startups or in competitive talent markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner directly with hiring managers.
• Ability to flex across multiple functions as business priorities shift.
• Proficiency in using pipeline metrics and reporting to drive recruiting decisions.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience at deep-tech, biotech, or scientific companies.
• Experience scaling functions from early to mid-stage in-house.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience hiring for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, or People.
