What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company standards.
• Support the ARC CFO in financial decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing.
• Develop and implement business visions, strategies, and long-term strategic priorities.
• Develop annual financial and KPI plans and evaluate sales performance through objective measurement processes.
• Analyze historical data and current trends to provide strategic recommendations for risk mitigation and opportunity maximization.
• Drive process improvement activities and analyze project performance data to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Planning, or related fields.
• 10 years of professional experience in fast-paced finance, planning, or project management.
• Proven experience in creating business, analysis, and strategic plans.
• Strong data mining skills with the ability to extract and summarize large amounts of data into trends.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
• Experience with OLAP or other database management systems.
