Strategic Finance (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or from Figma hubs in San Francisco or New York; in-person onboarding is required if hired.

Annual base salary: $115,000–$245,000 USD.

What you will do

• Drive alignment on KPIs and metrics used to monitor performance and growth initiatives.
• Build annual operating plans and quarterly and monthly financial forecasts.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships and provide structured business insights for executive decision-making.
• Own and improve financial processes, including ARR data quality, revenue modeling, and forecasting.
• Prepare presentations for the executive team, including the CFO, CMO, and CRO.
• Experiment with AI-driven solutions to automate workflows and scale Strategic Finance operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, Big Four audit, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience with financial planning and data-driven analysis.
• Ability to build processes from scratch, structure complex issues, and develop concrete action plans.
• Strong independent problem-solving, prioritization, execution, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States if working remotely, or work from the San Francisco or New York hub.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, especially in go-to-market functions.
• SQL or AI tooling experience and experience working with large datasets.
