About the Role

You will own core revenue forecasting models and processes, analyze internal and external growth drivers, and turn findings into actionable insights for go-to-market planning. You will manage KPI and variance reporting, surface risks and opportunities, and help recruit and grow the Strategic Finance team.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, FP&A, or strategic finance
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to work with large datasets using SQL or AI tools
• Financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems through structured frameworks and actionable insights
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and align financial targets
• Proficiency with financial and GTM systems

Responsibilities

• Build and refine top-line revenue forecasting models and processes
• Analyze internal data and external market factors that drive growth
• Automate and scale forecasting processes
• Partner with GTM stakeholders on planning and decisions
• Own KPI and variance reporting for stakeholders and Board materials
• Surface financial risks and opportunities
• Help recruit and grow the Strategic Finance team
