What you will do

• Direct enterprise-wide FP&A strategy, including long-range planning, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Develop integrated financial models for revenue, production, inventory, margins, and cash flow.
• Coordinate Board materials, executive reporting packages, and KPI dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, market opportunities, and support capital raising and debt financing.
• Oversee Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing Finance functions to improve cost performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A organization tailored for a rapidly scaling manufacturing business.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 7+ years in senior FP&A or corporate finance leadership.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or other hardware-intensive businesses.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing cost structures, inventory management, and operational finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Proven track record in driving enterprise planning and reporting for Boards and investors.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with an ability to influence senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in the electric vehicle, mobility, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Experience scaling finance organizations during periods of rapid growth.
• Public company or pre-IPO experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, and Power BI.
