What you will do
- Lead the enterprise long-range planning process and evolve the company's financial model.
- Own the company-wide forecasting rhythm, including revenue, margin, and cash flow analysis.
- Prepare executive and board-level reporting materials to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate product and channel profitability.
- Design and implement scalable FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and financial governance.
- Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team to support the company's next stage of scale.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience with significant leadership in FP&A or strategic finance.
- Strong preference for experience in high-growth CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
- Proven ability to own enterprise-level planning, forecasting, and executive performance reporting.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, budgeting, cost control, and financial modeling principles.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable financial systems and leading high-performing teams.
- Must be comfortable in a remote-first environment with the flexibility to travel 10-15% for offsites and board meetings.
