What you will do

  • Lead the enterprise long-range planning process and evolve the company's financial model.
  • Own the company-wide forecasting rhythm, including revenue, margin, and cash flow analysis.
  • Prepare executive and board-level reporting materials to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate product and channel profitability.
  • Design and implement scalable FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and financial governance.
  • Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team to support the company's next stage of scale.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience with significant leadership in FP&A or strategic finance.
  • Strong preference for experience in high-growth CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
  • Proven ability to own enterprise-level planning, forecasting, and executive performance reporting.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, budgeting, cost control, and financial modeling principles.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable financial systems and leading high-performing teams.
  • Must be comfortable in a remote-first environment with the flexibility to travel 10-15% for offsites and board meetings.
