Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 base salary

What you will do

• Partner with managers and leaders to address employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people practices, policy interpretation, and employee development.
• Lead and own a core People function, specifically either Talent Acquisition (sourcing strategies, hiring processes) or Compensation (market benchmarking, job architecture).
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning within assigned client groups.
• Analyze people data and trends to identify risks and recommend strategic actions.
• Drive the adoption of People programs and help leaders navigate change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders and employees.
• Experience owning and improving a specialist HR function, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Compensation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence business decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
