TL;DR

Location: Toronto, ON, CA

Salary: $62,400 – $78,000 annually + 8% target incentives

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day employee relations issues and conduct investigations to resolve workplace disputes.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and departures.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to execute talent reviews and annual engagement surveys.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with Canadian and U.S. employment legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for retention.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and internal programs.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Employee Relations Specialist in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment legislation and regulations.
  • CHRP designation (CHRL preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Oracle databases.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
