• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition alignment, and organizational change management.
• Utilize HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
• In-depth knowledge of US federal and state employment laws.
• Proven success in managing complex employee relations and investigations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit US field offices.
