AI Program Manager

Salary: $69,400–$158,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do

• Design and implement strategic, multi-disciplinary AI programs to support client objectives.
• Coordinate and lead project workstreams, ensuring alignment with business operations and client strategy.
• Engage with senior executives and Flag Officers to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across complex project environments.
• Guide and review the activities of junior team members.
• Apply industry knowledge to solve problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Requirements

• Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience in supporting, planning, or delivering AI, data science, or business operations projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and interacting with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• SAFe Program Consultant Certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of DoD project and program management practices.
• Experience writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW).
