Staff/Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Base salary: $175,000–$220,000 per year, plus applicable bonus and equity opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead major product initiatives from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration, including zero-to-one work in ambiguous areas.
• Set product direction and make prioritization decisions using qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to build AI products involving model behavior, prompts, context, human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluation, quality, and reliability.
• Work directly with customers and prospects to validate problems and solutions and turn insights into differentiated products.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Zoom teams to launch products and drive measurable customer value.
• Define success metrics and raise the standard for product judgment and AI craft across the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience shipping generative AI products or agentic systems, including prompt and context design, evaluation, output quality, and user trust.
• Experience taking consequential products from early concept through successful customer adoption.
• Strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to partner deeply with engineers on AI systems, quality, and reliability.
• Exceptional customer instincts, product craft, usability, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort operating with urgency and ambiguity while bringing clarity and focus to others.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruiting, HR technology, workflow software, communications, or enterprise AI.
• Experience integrating products with ATSs, collaboration tools, or enterprise systems.
• Startup experience or experience leading zero-to-one products within a larger organization.
