Product Manager (Clinical AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $190,000–$270,000 per year, plus equity

Enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform using clinical AI to streamline prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance for health systems.

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for critical platform areas.
• Work directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and operational challenges.
• Conduct user interviews and translate feedback into practical product insights and solutions.
• Partner with engineering, design, commercial teams, and leadership to build and launch products.
• Write product specifications, make trade-offs, and unblock development across the full product lifecycle.
• Run experiments and use data and customer feedback to improve features and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in engineering, product strategy, or a related field.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflow products.
• Track record of owning product areas from strategy and discovery through launch and measurable outcomes, including 0-to-1 work.
• Strong customer discovery, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, system design, and AI-powered workflows.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-ownership startup environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with healthcare, EHRs, or clinical systems.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience with operational or workflow-driven products and 0-to-1 development.
• Comfort using SQL, AI coding assistants such as Cursor, and design tools such as FigmaMake.
