• Perform detailed building code reviews and onsite inspections.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports and provide expert code opinions.

• Conduct quality control reviews on all project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or science fields (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or municipal code enforcement.
• Must be able to travel to and work in construction environments, including standing and walking for long periods.
• NYS Code Enforcement Certification (preferred).
• ICC Certifications (preferred).
