What you will do

• Design solution architectures for AI applications and platform components within the delivery cycle.
• Initiate and document Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and secure approval from architecture boards.
• Coach software engineers on the implementation of architectures to ensure technical feasibility.
• Drive hands-on architectural design for AI/ML solutions, including the AI automation orchestration layer.
• Ensure integration with enterprise platforms, security standards, and MLOps services.
• Identify and proactively escalate architectural risks, dependencies, and technical debt.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Architect in complex IT environments.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Lead or Senior Software Engineer with practical AI/ML platform experience.
• Strong foundation in modern architectural styles: event-driven, microservices, and modular monoliths.
• Expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and platform integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in production environments.
• English: Business fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in SAFe, cloud architecture, or AI/ML-related domains.
