Senior AI Tech Architect (AI)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; regular office Fridays and willingness to travel are expected.

What you will do

• Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for technology and AI transformations.
• Lead small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
• Establish DevOps and CI/CD practices and implement requirements such as cyber resilience.
• Design, develop, and optimize customized enterprise IT architectures using cloud computing and microservices.
• Design and evolve AI-enabled architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline, with higher-than-average grades.
• At least four years of experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures and knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Familiarity with software development methods and tools, plus the ability to communicate complex topics in German and English.
• Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global contexts, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
