Senior AI Tech Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with regular office Fridays; travel is expected.

What you will do

• Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and conduct feasibility studies for technology transformation initiatives.
• Manage small, agile development teams within strategic IT implementation programs.
• Establish modern engineering practices, including DevOps and CI/CD.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures covering legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
• Design and evolve AI-enabled architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
• Address critical digital requirements such as cyber resilience while collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline, with higher-than-average grades.
• At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, robotics, and software development methods and tools.
• Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures and motivation to develop these skills further.
• Strong German and English communication skills are required.
