What you will do

• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
• Establish modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD to ensure cyber resilience.
• Analyze and optimize customized IT architectures using cloud computing and microservices.
• Design and evolve AI-enabled architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, informatics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, IT project management, or software development.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Proficiency with machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, and AI tools.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
