What you will do
- Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage small, agile development teams within strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern engineering practices, including DevOps and CI/CD.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures using knowledge of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Support the technical implementation of critical digital requirements, including cyber resilience.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures and motivation to develop these skills further.
- Broad technical expertise and interest in current technology trends, including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in German and English.
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global contexts, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
