What you will do

• Shape the digital transformation of global companies by evaluating digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies.
• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
• Establish and implement modern technical practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and cyber resilience.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures utilizing cloud computing and microservices.
• Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, and robotics.
• Fluency in both German and English for communicating complex topics.
