What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to support long-term business growth.
• Handle customer and partner requests, including quotations, proposals, renewals, and sales opportunities.
• Work with Business Development Managers to identify opportunities and support territory account plans.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records in internal systems.
• Respond to incoming requests and make outbound calls to support sales activity.
• Stay current on industry trends, software licensing, and publisher offerings through learning and training.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive approach and confidence in identifying opportunities and supporting sales conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
