Business Development Executive (Pharma Industry)

What you will do

• Map and prospect corporate and B2B clients, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
• Acquire new shippers and grow existing shipper portfolios through retention and lapse recovery.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Assess leads, convert qualified prospects into opportunities, and complete assigned sales activities.
• Negotiate pricing within the assigned pricing framework.
• Deliver sales revenue, shipment volume, and shipper-count objectives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Experience handling clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and practical selling.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Target-oriented, achievement-focused, creative, energetic, and positive.
