What you will do
- Drive new customer acquisition and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Build relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders across business and IT.
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations addressing customer needs.
- Maintain forecasting and reporting in CRM systems.
- Identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with strong quota track record
- Proven success in complex sales cycles and executive-level engagement
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies
- Very good/communicative English and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with CRM or BPM platforms (plus)
