What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering and delivery of clinical data products, translating complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Manage complex vendor clinical data integrations, including defining file specifications, data mapping, and transformation requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clinical SMEs, vendor partners, and technology teams.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile scrum teams, serving in roles such as Scrum Master or Business Technical Analyst.
• Ensure data quality, interoperability, and regulatory compliance in alignment with enterprise data strategies.
• Coordinate requirements testing, defect management, and perform cost-benefit analyses for potential vendor solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual and access requirements.
• Location: Must be based in Pennsylvania (Working at Home/Hybrid).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in IS/IT.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of clinical data sources, coding methodologies, and healthcare data exchange standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related clinical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
• Clinical License.
