What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design Epic configurations that align with operational goals.
• Manage system implementation projects using waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Configure records, profiles, and security classes while maintaining environment parity.
• Develop and execute unit, integrated, and UAT test plans to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with interface teams on HL7, FHIR, and data exchange workflows.
• Provide go-live support and manage service requests to meet established SLAs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ohio
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment (or 10+ years without a degree).
• Proven experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Current Epic Certification or Proficiency in relevant modules (HB, PB, Cadence, Orders, etc.).
• Experience with SQL, Clarity, Caboodle, or other reporting tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
