What you will do

• Develop CV models for wildfire smoke detection, vegetation classification, and asset recognition.
• Implement and maintain machine learning and computer vision pipelines.
• Deploy and optimize AI models on NVIDIA Jetson and other edge platforms.
• Build tools for data processing, visualization, benchmarking, and monitoring.
• Conduct experiments and analyze model performance to present findings to the team.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and hardware teams to integrate systems.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or computer vision.
• Proficiency with Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and modern computer vision techniques.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments.
• Must be based in the US

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX, or embedded AI platforms.
• Proficiency with OpenCV.
• Expertise in object detection, instance/semantic segmentation, and multi-object tracking.
• Familiarity with vision foundation models such as SAM, Grounding DINO, or DINO.
• Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, or CI/CD workflows.
