Salary: $174,051 – $273,775 (base pay depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Develop and refine core infrastructure for creating, training, evaluating, deploying, and managing ML models and pipelines.
• Collaborate with product teams such as Jira and Confluence to solve specific ML implementation challenges.
• Lead projects from the technical design phase through to launch and delivery.
• Fine-tune open-source and proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and build RAG systems.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building Machine Learning and AI infrastructure or platforms.
• Proven expertise in the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data engineering to model serving and monitoring.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Deep experience implementing MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for ML models.
• Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, or Dask).
• Experience with GenAI frameworks, including LLM fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
